Now, was it brain damage caused by the natural mother’s drinking or poor childcare provided by the foster mother that caused the behavioural problems of the two problem children? No two children are treated in the same way by their parents and although alcohol could have had a bearing here, I think there are more factors at play. Just my two pence worth…
